Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This class was challenging but I did enjoy doing it on my time. With the flexibility of straighterline I was able to complete as much as possible while still working full time.
This class taught me about exercise and how to complete them. We also looked at diets and how fad diets aren't the answer but exercise is.

This course can be completed in a few weeks if you put more time into it. I would suggest approximately 10 hours each week of studying.
