Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Art history is an amazing subject! Studying art history is basically studying the history of the world because art was and still is a reflection on politics, religion, and social issues. I will always recommend art history to anyone!

    Course highlights:

This course teaches about art starting from the Renaissance period to modern art. It teaches about different movements such as Art Deco, Cubism, Surrealism, Pop art and many others. As the course moves throughout the semester, you are able to see how each style influenced the other and are able to understand how art has made its way to where it is today!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You will gain more from the course by memorizing art movements and styles rather than individual images. By learning the characteristics of each movement you will be able to apply that more universally than just memorizing the images name and artist.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because if you love art or history, you get the best of both when you study this subject matter.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was easily the slideshows and discussions during class which could be fascinating, and the slideshows provided visual learning which could be very helpful.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If its required for you to take it due to your major or for prerequisites then you should take this course its easy enough but not too easy and can provide the right amount of challenge.
