    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Ms. BB is one of my favorite teachers I've ever had. She really makes you consider how your words affect people and understand how people get through life.

    Course highlights:

Great discussions, fun project, thorough course. I learned how to understand people and how the differences help us connect to each other.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the entire book! I didn't read word for word and focused heavily on my notes, but outside studying is required.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

My favorite class I have taken yet, amazing teacher who loves to teach and makes it interesting. She pushes you to go the extra mile.

    Course highlights:

The entire course was overall amazing and you do get an understanding of the basics of psychology. The disorders were my personal favorite but that is towards the very end of the semester.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The learnsmarts are VERY important. Mrs. Barton-Barret specifically says in the beggining of the class if you choose not to do the learnsmarts you will fail the class. She was right, I noticed students drop from that class eventually. Learnsmarts are for a grade at the end of the grading period but you also go over what we learn in class again so you retain the information, which you need because there is not a lot of opportunities for grades in the class so you need all the good ones you can get.
