    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

All students regardless of the majors should know and be aware of the various types of diseases. This class was interesting and helpful.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class were going over the different types of viruses that are evolving in other countries and being brought back to the United States such as the Ebola and Zika viruses. Another highlight of this class was learning about bio-terrorism and the different events that occurred in places such as Boston, China, and Paris. It's sad but interesting to know the different ways why terrorists create their biological weapons. Some of the reasons why they do is because it is less expensive than purchasing weapons, they can murder a larger amount of people, and it is difficult to be treated.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read through the notes, understand what you are reading and ask questions.
