Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He is very easy to understand and will go above and beyond to make sure you understand the material. Also if necessary he will even tutor you one on one to get to the root of the problem. He is very understanding and overall his class is enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights of his class would have to be the different projects we did in his class such as the airplane project which allowed us to test out different paper airplane models and see which one flew the most far. Among other things we also real confidence intervals.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you watch his videos and that if you have questions not to be afraid to ask because he will make sure you are engage in the lesson by asking questions to everyone in the class and making sure you understand the material.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in statistics because this class will teach you everything that is needed to know. What makes this course so great also is the teacher. The teacher interacts with his students and tries his best to make sure everyone is understanding and on the same pace, in so much that he allows us to do corrections on any assignment for full credit, just as long as we fully understand the concept. You can clearly tell he cares for his students and puts effort into teaching.

    Course highlights:

This course has taught me so much relating to the real world. It focuses on the science of data and has taught me all about organizing data, setting up legitimate experiments, and using technology efficiently. I can now use an experimental design to study a group of people and their responses without bias or I could use a data set and graph it appropriately so it’s easier to read on one picture. Having these skills are effective in medical studies, weather forecasts, or political campaigns.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To any student considering this course, it’s beneficial to know what the teacher expects. The instructor has a webpage which give you access to all the assignments and due dates for the week and I recommend you use this religiously to be on track with your work. On there he also assigns videos for the students to watch prior to class to help prepare yourself for the lesson. I advise that you would watch these videos and take notes to fully be prepared for class and be able to engage with the lesson.
