    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because, as a business student this course not only opens your mind but it teaches you about the personalities , their behavior , approaches and ways and solutions to resolving future issues that may occur in the work environment

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course for me was see how I related and enforce what i learnt from this ourse at my workplace itself. It is really refreshing to see different ways you can deal with situations as well as superiors, for instance, not all managers are the same , they have different leaderships skills and qualities and as an employee you must know the best and yet assertive way in dealing with them , and by you achieving an excellent report on performance as a business professional .

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need support be it at your school or home, or workplace, because it contains a lot of reading but you need help in interpreting what you have read and understanding and putting it into perspective. Also you have to have time management , whether you on a bus or train or in the toilet just read through the chapters or notes you may have do so constantly so the material sticks in you r head and and always asks questions .
