Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend taking this course with this instructor. Mrs. Murray makes microbiology fun and interesting. She is a great instructor and makes you an "active learner" in her lecture and lab.

    Course highlights:

This class focuses on microbiology for the healthcare professional. I really enjoyed learning about the different bacteria variations and their resistance to medication, as well as the pathogenic effects on the human body. This class has information that you can build on in additional courses, as well as in your every day life.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be determined to be successful. Make sure that you are taking a little bit of time each day to study, since you will need to learn several characteristics about each type of bacteria that is presented.
