Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely would recommend this course. I learned so much about biology from different cell structures, how certain animals mate, and my personal favorite Genetics. So if you’re interested in the study of life, this is the right class for you.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me personally would have to be the Professor. Mrs. Riggs-Shute really put the life into this course. She had so much knowledge on the topics that is wasn't hard to follow along. Her passion for Biology definitely kept me interested and attentive. One day I was struggling a little with DNA replication, specifically matching up the bases correctly. I told her about it and she had no problem helping me figure it out.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My biggest piece of advice for this course is to study, study, study. It's quite a bit of information in this course and you will learn something new nearly every class. Also, writing down key things that the professor says or writes on the board. Writing down the definitions separately on an index card and memorizing the pictures to the best of your ability.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Wonderful and helpful person with broad range of knowledge. Always willing to help students, share experience and encourage to study.

    Course highlights:

Whole material was clearly provided, any questions were answered and all basics were learned.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to stay persistent and study your notes. Teacher provide you the most important information and suggest what you do not have to know at this moment. You need to study, biology is all about lots of new vocabulary, but its worth it to get A.
