Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have learned so much Business law in this course. It is very informational and the coursework gets you into it. Reading court cases and determining what the outcome was, which court it went to, and who wrote the decision. Awesome course to take.

    Course highlights:

You learn about liability, ethics, contracts, court rulings, basically everything you can think of in general basic business law.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to actually study because it is not an easy class; it is educational and you will be glad to take it. You will learn things that you may have never known.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course because he expects you to walk, talk, and act like a law student. He is a hard grader, and expects you to read a lot.

    Course highlights:

I've learned about things in both Texas and Federal Law that I can apply to my overall life. This class is setup to learn about the different types of laws.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you plan on taking this course I recommend that you do your research on Business Law before you actually take it. Although it is a requirement for most Business majors, research your teacher on ratemyprofessor.com

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course not only reviews the basics of law for business, but reviews laws you’ll use in everyday life. It does not go too in-depth where you feel you are attempting a law degree, but I goes far enough to inform you a basic rights, laws, and consequences. The most important part of the class is contracts!

    Course highlights:

I loved reading the different cases and learning what the outcomes were and why. Understanding previous outcomes can help you understand what will happen if you find yourself in a similar situation. I’m currently the plaintiff for a fraud case, and I learned so much more about my case from taking this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book, then reread it. Don’t be afraid to have google by your side. There were times, I found myself looking up other cases on line to gain a better understanding of the material presented.
