Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is NOT what you'd expect. She asks you what your major is and gives assignments based on it! I am a Culinary major and had to do a solo presentation (with YouTube videos) on French Baking, and a joint presentation with a Hospitality/Hotel management major on Expensive Restaurants and Back of the House Operations. NO worries about standing up and talking about yourself or random subjects you don't care about.

    Course highlights:

LOL... Our Nursing/Medical students had to do presentations on Faith Healer Edgar Cayce and Serial Killer Ted Bundy. I learned that college is not as hard as I thought it would be, even though I am a non-traditional student I kept up.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open mind and know what you're talking about. Prof. Askary is VERY opinionated and will challenge you right out of your comfort zone and kick your belief system in the teeth.
