    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's an easy class as long as you do the work. You don't really need to read, for the most part it's pretty self explanatory when you hear the titles of the chapters. Write your speeches on time and start them early. Use her outline and you'll pass easily.

    Course highlights:

Giving the speech! For me, I've never had a time speaking publicly as I was a performer all of high school. Learning about speech apprehension (nervousness) and how to get rid of it was very interesting and helpful for everyday life in other nervousness and anxiousness situtions.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the work early and on time.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I am not that good at speech and I was really nervous whem my semester started. Although, when I met Professor Lonon, I started lovong my speech class. I must say she was amazing through out the semester and she made everthing easy and fun. My hesitation towards speech almost vanished. I just loved the professor and I really wish to take a class with her again. She was so friendly and humble. I recommend her to everyone who needs to take a speech class with an easy A and a fabulous professor ;)

    Course highlights:

We selected categories of speech and then based on that categories, we selected our own topics. Categories included persuasive, informative, and instructive speeches. We also used powerpoint as a visual aid during our presentations. We didn't really use the textbook but did some simple activities from there.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just make sure you practice a lot at home with your friends or family and if its a requirement then you must prepare your PowerPoint on time. If you do so, you'll definitely have an A!
