    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I was so skeptical at first to take an honors class, but I am so glad that I did. Professor Khan made this class so interesting. I have learned things that I will retain forever. Granted, there were many assignments to complete for this class (about 2 essays a week), but the topics were so interesting which made writing them much easier. Professor Khan is so knowledgeable and always encouraged the class to further explore/analyze everything.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights included sharing with my classmates. We were able to meet outside of the classroom for group assignments and really formed a bond. We learned about different civilizations, cultures, and religions. We wrote life philosophies after watching a clip of a Steve Jobs' speech. This is was by far one of my favorite assignments. It helped me with "connecting my dots".

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If anyone is thinking about taking this course... I say... go for it! It is challenging, but in a good way. This class/ professor stimulated my brain so much. I can have discussions with people about things I did not know about before thanks to this class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

At the beginning this class was extremely confusing and I was ready to drop it, but as it continued the professor explained things in full detail and although he was tough I learned so much from him.

    Course highlights:

His class isn't about cultures and their values like I went in thinking. It was more in depth to the past and socrates and ancient history.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't give up in his class because you might feel dumb at the beginning but at the end you will come out so proud that you were one of the few that pass his class and learn so much during it.
