Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course prepared me for AP calculus.

    Course highlights:

The background of calculus fundamentals were crucial... prime derivatives, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Success was based repetition. Plenty of practice problems made the concepts much easier.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

At my High School we are allowed to take dual enrollment classes as long as we pass the placement test. I took the placement test and passed and began my first dual enrollment class, precalculus, in tenth grade. I would definitely recommend this class to other students. It was a very challenging class, however, it was very beneficial.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class was the fact that I was able to take it in high school; and not only did it count as a high school credit it also counted as a college credit. Also, it challenged me and prepared me for college classes in the future.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in the class you will need to do all of your work: notes, class work, homework, and study. Precalculus was far from easy and took a lot of time and dedication.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course was presented in a manner easy to understand, with clear outlines for expectations and grading. Easily one of the best math classes I've ever taken.

    Course highlights:

I had little to no understanding of trigonometry before taking this class. Now, sine, cosine, and tangent come as second nature.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Review the material. Take evert opportunity to practice, especially with the homework.
