A Few Big Assignments
Great Intro to the Subject
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This is a great introductory course into a lot of the behaviors that we as teachers will see in our students someday.
The chapters in the course textbook flow from basic facts about a concept, such as a theorist or psychologist and their research, and then begin to apply the concept directly to methods we can apply as teachers. The instructor also gave us a variety of assignments and ways of proving what we learned, so it wasn't all big papers or scary tests.

Advice for students:
Feel free to ask questions. The instructor I had was completely open to class discussion about different topics, and bouncing ideas off of her and other classmates helped explain some concepts for me.
