    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Everyone in this world should have some insight and education on other cultures in our world. Learning about other cultures encouraged me to travel more and I understood and found so much beauty in other cultures as well.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about evolution and learning about the early human species and how they evolved and migrated today. I also like learning about how culture is a learned behavior, I honestly had no idea or thought about it in that way until after I took this class

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I can give is to really engage yourself in learning about the topics in this class. This class will make you think differently about the world. There were topics I thought I knew about until this class proved me wrong. I thought in ways I would have never thought of and I am enlightened and more open minded today because of it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He is an engaging and energetic professor. The lessons are interesting and I actually changed my major because of his class! His assignments are graded fairly. He is available to his students if problems arise.

    Course highlights:

The highlights so far have been the chapters on communication and religion. I learned about how people communicate through all kinds of means such as silence and it means different things to different cultures. Also the religion chapter was great because it highlighted the different world religions and showed how even though a religion might be practiced in ten different countries it doesn't mean that they all believe the same things. The core remains, but the culture effects the beliefs as well.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the required readings, listen to the lectures, and do the projects. It's that simple.
