    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this because it is an important and interesting class where you can really learn about the seemingly simple interactions between us as people. This class teaches how our everyday communication is actually more complex, intricate, and vital than perceived.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the experiment essays that were assigned. These essays required a self done experiment done at home and then a written summary on the results of these experiments.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend EVERY class, take thorough notes that get to the topic, have patience and stay awake

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I loved this course and the work load was not that difficult to manage. I learned a lot in this class and the instructor made it interesting. I would recommend this class to everyone!

    Course highlights:

You learned about the many different components of nonverbal communication. You learn about how important eye contact is in different situations and in other cultures, and you learn about the different types of gestures. You will start to notice these gestures in your friends and family when learning in the class. I learned so many things in this class, but the most interesting thing I discovered was that we use deception (senders knowingly transmit messages to mislead another) everyday and it is a normal part of everyday interaction.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to attend class, study for the exams, and write the three short 50 point papers in order to get a good grade in this class.
