    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Burda is an amazing teacher and makes the class fun. Also the material in general is interesting. He gives you simple study guides that help you a lot with the tests and he gives out attendance points. Super fun to learn about food and what it does to your body.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about how to take care of my body in simple ways just by eating better foods.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to class, he gives out points at random for attendance. And do the study guides they are the test exactly and are super helpful.

    Adam is a great professor and really knows what he is talking about. His passion really shows in class and is extremely helpful.

    Course highlights:

    I have learned a lot about my eating habits and what I should be doing to protect my body. I have started taking vitamins and eating healthier since I started this class.

    Advice for students:

    Go to class and really get involved with him. He loves conversations and class discussions.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Very tireless boring curriculum, chapters move by too quickly and class size is too large. Perhaps add a lab

    I learned abut the functions of the digestive system

    Show up to every class, attendance is vital.
