Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Psychology is essential to understand your own behaviors. When you know why things happen, it is so much easier to understand and change the things that are either bothering you or not working, and that is what this course provides you.

    Course highlights:

The best thing I learned is how happiness and having a healthy life can make you more susceptible to achieve the things that you want, without suffering depression or getting sick.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters before going to class. As annoying and tiring it sounds, there are great outcomes when you actually do it. Also take one of the quizzes before going to class.
