Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is the introduction to Biology. You learn the basics, and how things work. It goes into detail but not enough detail since it is an introduction course.

    Course highlights:

I learned major things about DNA, which is very important. The lab that goes with the lecture helps you understand every thing well too.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would consider studying a considerable amount of time. It is not easy to just attend lecture and do well on the exams. The lab, and study time will help a tremendous amount.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor gives a lot of work but if you complete all of it and visit some office hours you will pass. Class is necessary and is very helpful to attend.

    Course highlights:

I learned more about how to study and more useful study tips. The professor gave study guides for each exam that were very useful. We learned about everything from macromolecules to DNA and populations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to every class and pay attention. It is easier to print out the slides and write your own notes because she talks very fast and usually does not go over things again.
