    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone looking to work in management as it teaches great tips on being a leader. Many times we are focused on the "management" piece and do not realize that the success of business most often correlate to team member engagement and empowerment. Principles of Management is a great course to get you started on how to do that while also doing your managerial responsibilities each day.

    Course highlights:

I currently work in management and have been able to incorporate many techniques to engage my team members. I've been able to learn ho to effectively communicate with each team member by learning who they are as an individual, what their strengths are, and building their trust through getting their feedback. Giving more responsibility motivates and empowers team members and makes them feel valued!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

While this isn't one of the most difficult courses you'll take during your college career, I encourage you to get the most from it by studying the material and doing the homework. I learned that you can give much more genuine and authentic answers in your assignments by doing so!
