    This class will help you develop leadership skills as well as teach you how to handle and deal with issues among co workers. real life situations

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot how people are organized and how to help people in stressful situations within the business. I learned the importance of culture within a business

    I would use quizlet to make the final exam and quizes easier

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it teaches helpful things about personality differences, distributive justice, miscommunication, power and organizational culture

    Course highlights:

    I gained knowledge about human behavior in organizational settings. I learned directed studying in business organization, and behavior and motivation in groups. I also learned Theoretical and experiential study in productivity tasks, communication, and environmental variables, power, leadership and development.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    As a required course, I would give advice on simply trying to keep interest in the course, learn and process as much information as you can.
