Not too easy. Not too difficult.

I would recommend this course because the Professor is really passionate about what he teaches.

I learned about the images of society and the different parts that go with those images.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to read the assigned readings and make sure that their pictures are turned in.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

iI would recommend this course because you learn a lot about how society works and how social norms are constructed and how they affect your daily life. If you are interested in sociology or even if your not i still highly recommend this course because it can help you in your day to day life. You also learn about how racism and sexism affect everyone and not just the people it's aimed at.

    Course highlights:

For me the highlight of this course was we were learning about racism, because we learned about racism aimed toward people of every ethnicity not just one or two of them. As a Native American it was interesting to hear what people of different ethnicity had to say about the racism aimed towards Native Americans and how it affects them. not only did i learn about that but we learned about so many different things and the professor was fair to everyone and gave everyone a chance to speak their opinions and made sure we all understood the concept before moving on.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is that you should study for this course. Don't just put it off just because it might not be as much work as the rest of your classes. Also ask questions if you don't understand something. If you don't ask then you might score lower on your tests and you might not be the only one with that question and don't be afraid to take advantage of your professors office hours they are there for a reason. Your professor wants to help you but they can't if you don't tell them what you need help with.
