    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course for a numerous of reasons. First, it is requirement for most liberal arts degrees. Second, this class is insightful in understanding concepts and why we function in our society. And third, the instructor is detailed and challenges students to improve in writing and their social understanding.

    Course highlights:

    I walked away with the knowledge to understand social issues and the multiple perspectives that in a given situation.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always do the readings for both books and be prepared to have deep in-class discussions.

    Course Overview:

    It is a great course to learn more about people. It has the potential to change someone who might be considering a degree in nursing to a degree in sociology.

    Course highlights:

    I learned many things from this course. I learned about norms, folkways, and values. Also the different class systems.

    Advice for students:

    Do not procrastinate. Turn in your assignments on time and always read the chapter.
