    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a challenging and relatively fun course.

    Course highlights:

I learned all/most of the bones and muscles in the body and all of the systems in the body.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Students need to read the book and condensed notes. Put several hours a week into this course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this class to whoever finds anatomy remotely interesting. Not only is the material extremely interesting but Dr. Yard is, by far, the best teacher I have ever had. He sets students up from the beginning to succeed and gives students all the opportunities possible to learn the material efficiently and in a timely manner. Although work and studying is required, the class is worth it!

    Course highlights:

I gain pretty much the most thorough understanding of the human body ever in my life! I came into this class not knowing barely anything, as my high school did not offer any sort of anatomy related class other than biology. Therefore, I was able to gain a very in-depth and interesting understanding of the body and its parts.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the material in advance (aka before the class begins and during). Studying for exams last minute is never a good idea, so make sure to do that a week or more in advance. Additionally, take advantage of any resources available including mentoring sessions. Mentoring sessions are some of the most useful and helpful sources for anatomy, as you are given practice tests, worksheets, and much more in order to practice and learn the material before the exams.
