Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor, Dr. Zhu, is amazing at portraying the course material in the lectures. Also always in a good mood and will gladly assist any student with any problem.

    Course highlights:

All basic chemistry knowledge, plus going in-depth on some topics. 4 big exams are most of the grade, but not hard to pass with effort.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Prepare for exams, go to all lectures cause there's always in-class questions, and go to office hours if you need anything, or even stay after the lecture.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was necessary for me to take it due to my major, but if it's not a required course then I would not recommend it. It is a tough course that requires a lot of attention which caused me to spend less time on other courses that I needed to spend more time on.

    Course highlights:

Recitation was extremely helpful for this course since my leader was an amazing teacher. The exam jams are the best for getting a good grade on the exams. Those two resources were the best part of the course. I learned that studying with other people is useful since you can problem solve together and teach each other material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always attend lecture and recitation. Also go to every exam jam no matter what your grade in the class. There is always helpful information.
