    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great class to develop strengths in overall persuasive and informative writing, especially on topics of controversy. Going into this class, I had hardly any experience developing strong arguments and defending them in my writing. By the end of the course, I wrote a 12-page paper that I was very happy with.

    Course highlights:

In this course, you learn and review the different steps it takes towards building a strong argumentative paper. We focused on one paper throughout the entire semester and spent time working on each segment of the writing process.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Write about something you are passionate about. If you choose a topic that really gets you riled up, you'll be more motivated to work on it and it won't get boring as you continue with that topic throughout the semester.
