    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is challenging and very beneficial to the professional world.

    Course highlights:

I learned about different types of documents that may be beneficial in the future such as Request and Bad News Letters. I also gained a better understanding of how my writing reflects my professionalism and the message I am trying to convey. For instance, goodwill and directness are two very important aspects of writing professionally.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do not fall behind. In this class it is important to work ahead because there is so much material to decipher through.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was very difficult. Not because of the work but because the professor is so unorganized. She changed what was due multiple times during the duration of one class period. She would tell you how to write an assignment one way and then tell someone else how to do it another way. This class as very unorganized.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to work in groups better. I learned that when some people say they will do something they may not always get it done.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the work. Contact the professor whenever you have a question.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This teacher knows what she is doing. The course is a professional writing course and it is amazing. There are so many things that i have learned taking this course. But the teacher, she is the best teacher. She understands her students and she breaks down material step by step so that students can understand. I like her and i believe she is what it means to have a great teacher.

    Course highlights:

What I gained from taking this course is how to write professionally. I gained knowledge and understanding of how to write memos, literature reviews, letters and much more in the and outside the workplace. There were three projects done in the class and the second one was the hardest. It was in a group and it dealt with problems in businesses but that also affect society. It was amazing and it taught me more on how to write professionally and how to research something I needed.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study tips well it wasn't much of a studying class. But how to succeed i can tell you to follow the directions and listen closely to what she is saying. It is very good to take a lot of notes and to work on stuff outside of class as well as inside of class. Also be sure to take the time to talk to her if you have questions or are unsure and need help. She will break things down but will also make you think about what needs to be changed. Succeed in this course is fairly simple make sure your work is completed and up to par and make sure you follow her directions like a lost puppy. Also use your resources her office hours, writing lab and even other professors.
