    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course to anyone who is wanting to learn more about how to take care of themselves. The professor of this course was very friendly and open to answer any questions you may have. She made it easy for you to feel comfortable with sharing your opinion on topics in her class.

    Course highlights:

    The biggest highlight in this course to me was that the professor pushed us to become more comfortable with public speaking.

    Advice for students:

    As long as you got to class and pay attention to lectures then you should be okay.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it allows you not only to learn about the human body but also gives you a comfortable environment to practice public speaking without being judged.

    Course highlights:

    The teacher, Elizabeth Cohen, was an incredible instructor for this course. She was always excited for the class and helped everyone keep an open mind! I learned a lot about how I should be treating my body as a busy college student.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would recommend that you study for this course as there is a lot of material to memorize, but if you have an open mind and want to learn then this course is perfect for you!
