Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course to business students, although it is a requirement. It is different from all other courses business students will enroll in during their time in college. The course provides students a chance to learn various sorts of skills involving leadership and motivation.
The highlights of the course are the various amounts of stories and cases students read and have discussions over. These cases involved all different types of leaders from all over the world and how they each choose to lead and motivate their employees. These discussions then directly related back to multiple group projects this class required and as a group, we could analyze our motivation and leadership styles that we were using collectively and individually.

Advice for students:
My advice would be to listen to all of the lectures because a lot of the exam material is directly from the lectures. Also, students should always read the readings assigned in the syllabus because exam material comes from the texts often.
