    This class was tough.

    It is challenging. But core information, and foundation of the rest of the program.

    It will prepare you for the rest of the program.

    Do your reading, and review notes after lecture.

    Course Overview:

    I really enjoyed the lecture and lab, they fit very well together even though they are taught by different instructors

    Course highlights:

    Basic Nursing Topics: passing meds, IV's, giving blood, transferring a patient

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Definitely fill out the objectives she gives you as a study guide for the tests! With them I stayed with a B average in class

    Course Overview:

    It really expands the clinical education and nursing practices needed when becoming a nurse.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the basics of being a nurse and how to apply judgement in the clinical setting. Through this course we were apply to go through real life situations and apply knowledge.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study and pay attention to what the instructor says. Also reading the book makes a world of difference
