    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course because the professor does not make the class welcoming..

    Course highlights:

I gained the experience in writing for a lengthy amount.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on course and make sure you do not slack off.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I love English, I love to read and write. I do not recommend this professor because I did not get the chance to learn a lot. It was not the course but the professor. I have heard IUPUI does have other great English professors though.

    Course highlights:

I did not learn much. Classes became optional and were usually us just talking.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

In other classes professors will have students make a portfolio.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would hghly recommend this course because it really teaches you how to grow as a writer, but also allows you to grow as a person. This specific professor conducts confrences to his student which allows us to grow on new ideas and perspectives and pushes us to use a partnering system that helps us better our writing as well as editing/ revision skills and giving useful feedback.

    Course highlights:

I have learned a new insight to how I develop my writing and ideas. Not only have I learned to better edit and revise my papers, but I know now to thoroughly look over my overall ideas and perspectives. I also have learned how to grab a readers attention and connect my readings to my writing.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read your provided materials and use your resources multiple times with each paper. Pay attention, show up to class and respect your professor and others. Also, use your peers to help guide you through your assignments. remember, you are not alone in this course, talk to others.
