    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is required for a most math and science majors.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were just getting good base in calculus. We did a lot of integrates and differentiation.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely go to lecture and don't skip it. Do the homework problems even if they're not required.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Jeffrey Watt was the greatest math professor I ever had, and made understanding all of the Calculus and math concepts extremely simple.

    Course highlights:

The class is extremely helpful in fostering critical thinking and basic understanding of calculus concepts. Dr. Watt provides excellent examples that are both witty and very helpful/representative of the course concepts.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest practice, practice, practice. It really will make perfect in the case of this calculus course. Dr. Watt is also extremely helpful in displaying and fostering healthy competition within the course by displaying student grades anonymously in the class.
