    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would truly recommend it to the people that are genuinely interested in this type of curriculum. This course may cause a lot of unwanted stress if you are not prepared for it. However, if you have a strong passion for how items in today's world get assigned their value and you've always been a fanatic about knowing where every penny goes - this class is right up your ally!

    Course highlights:

A = L + SE Anyone who has taken an accounting course should understand the prior formula very well, and hopefully get a nice chuckle out of it. Truth be told, almost every course day had some kind of a highlight, what I enjoyed most about this course is that I was able to come up to 3 hours early to the lecture. I had a rather large time gap in between lectures and the lecture room for this course would always be empty during that time gap. This allowed me to sit early with the instructor and pick her brain about accounting, or it gave me the option to simply study in a quiet area until the lecture began.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

There are two pieces of advice I would give anyone taking this course. The first piece can really apply to any course anyone takes, never give up. This course may have you believe that you were not met to succeed, I found that many students thought this way! But if you don't give up - you will succeed! The second piece of advice is crucial to this course and that is, memorization is key! It is all about memorization in this course, everything builds off of each other and if you are not able to grasp the key concepts in the beginning, then it will be much more difficult later on.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is very helpful pertaining to learning what I'll need to know for the future. I feel like I know a lot more than I did before.

    Course highlights:

I learned things I didn't expect to ever understand. I fully understand the basic concepts and look forward to going over the ones I didn't get in the future.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book! Looking over book examples and studying on your own will help a lot.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Loved the online system used. Definitely don't waste last minute to do assignments.

    Course highlights:

this class is just an overview of ACCT 284 and 285. very simple and you an easily get an A if you get everything done on time.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take 497 with her. She has her favorites and is extremely unfair when it comes to grading.
