    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for any medically related program regardless if it isn't required. Having a sound understanding of human anatomy and physiology lies a great foundation for everything you'll learn through your program of study and the career following.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me was neuroanatomy. overall, I learned how important a sound understanding of anatomy and physiology serves you in the application of your chosen profession. For example, understanding how drugs affect the body at the physiological level.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pair up with other students! Ask a lot of question and don't be shy. The human skeleton alone has 206 bones to memorize. You can be left behind in a hurry,

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course as it is a requirement in the medical field. Not only is it a requirement, it also is extremely informative regarding the human body and its components. It's amazing to learn and understand how the human body works and how all the systems work together to form you and me.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were all the extra information provided online to help study for this course. I learned that it is a lot of memorization and constant study. I utilized YouTube videos, notes provided by the professor, and even printed labeling pages to test what I have learned.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You cannot study enough for this course. It is extremely important to utilize all sources provided by the professor and school. Also go beyond those resources in order to help with the memorization. Read the chapters, do the review sheets in the lab book. This all has helped me.
