    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Our teacher was super nice and informative. She knew what she was teaching and had a good understanding of how to manage her class. She was sweet but very firm, telling us what she expected from her class. She expected a lot from us only because she knew we were all capable of giving our very best. She made us all shine. She also implemented a nice style of peer review when we were composing essays. This provided great feedback for me from both her, who graded my work, and my partner, who read my work and gave advice. All in all, she is the best teacher I've had!

    Course highlights:

I learned how to hone my APA skills very very well. I worked on a super tough project about spreading awareness on the effects litter has on our environment. I had to learn how to cite sources in APA formatting and how to totally create a nice, neat, and accurate Reference page at the end of my essay. I learned how to use Noodle Tools which is an amazing help when creating a project. It helps show you how to use APA accurately. I learned, through my project, that litter is highly detrimental and that cigarette butts are the number one most littered item. We learned how to get along with out partners and to share the work load.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard. Work hard. And don't skimp on the work. Your research and harm work WILL pay off! If you set your mind to it, you can accomplish anything. Pay attention to the teacher!! Don't give up even when it gets tough because it WILL. Just press on, and you will find yourself a better writer than before. Don't give up!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is the best. The teacher is great at explaining what you need to finish every week. She gives helpful tips and is very nice.

    Course highlights:

I am still taking this course currently. But I just finished a classical argument paper and I learned techniques that made my paper better and interesting to read.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

That you should stay on top of your work and not fall behind.
