    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class helped me overcome my fear of public speaking. It really helped me learn how to communicate with others, how to hold conversations, how to interview people, and how to be myself. I highly recommend it to people who, like me, struggled to communicate with others. The teacher was likeable and knowledgeable.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to properly present in front of the class and how to speak to others. I also learned how to deal with anxiety and how to conduct myself when talking.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You should pay attention to the teacher, read the books, and be yourself. You should also remember to take deep breaths before you speak in front of the class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this class even if it's not required. I believe this class helps more with communicating with people than public speaking because it teaches you how to better interact with others. My biggest advice would be to show up, participate, and read the chapters because it pays off in the end. Lori is a great teacher and she makes it so you can understand the material more clearly and she makes the class enjoyable and fun!

    Course highlights:

I learned how to read people's body language and how to act around certain people. I learned about how different each person is and how to cater to them. I learned about people's strengths and how relationships work with people. Not just romantic relationships.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read all the chapters, you will be lost in the lecture if you don't.
