Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend highly this class if you are interested in the field of business, and would like to know more about the hiring process of employees and their rights. Also, if you would like to have a deep understanding about labor relations, take the HR class! That section is concentrated on the unions and the human department activities for the organizations.

    Course highlights:

The course highlights about the laws that governs employees and employers as child labor, and so on. Also, it highlights the planning, recruiting and hiring processes. Furthermore, after the hiring of employees, they will go trough training obviously. The course acknowledges me about the consequences of training such as loss of productivity . The BUSN 202 course also studies how to manage the performance of employees and develop them. Pay structures, employees benefits, and unions activities were discussed too.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The only advice that I would give is to always read your chapters courses ahead of time for class and finals preparation.
