    Course Name- Financial Management Account Part-II MODULE – I Introduction to Management Accounting MODULE-II Financial Statement Analysis MODULE –III Funds Flow Analysis MODULE –IV Cash Flow Analysis MODULE-V Understanding Cost MODULE –VI Marginal Costing and Break – Even Analysis MODULE –VII Decisions Involving Alternative Choices MODULE –VIII Budgetary Control MODULE –XI Standard Costing the management is the planning and the decision making body of the organisation. It requires more detailed information, some times in advance. Such informational requirements of the management are not met by the financial accounts. In order to fill this gap, management accounting or accounting for management was developed. In this unit, we will learn more about the functions of management accounting and the tools provided by the management accounting to assist the management in planning and decision-making. I advice as the above metion course is very important for every business concern.
