Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It is should be a compulsory course since it covers the rudiments for any individual getting a job! From the recruiting process all the way to training aspect after being hired. I never knew there were so many Rules and Regulations for companies to follow and for the employee to follow as well. I advise ALL majors to take the class since majority of those in college are looking forward to getting into the labor force.
There are several steps as to becoming an employee at any company. First you are recruited, once interested, you submit your application with a well decorated resume then, called for an interview, after drug test (once they ask you to take these tests, you've got the job!)Subsequently you'll be tested on your knowledge of the job and background just to see what type of training you need and how tedious it has to be. Once you've gotten trained, and you've worked for a good amount of time, then you can start looking at promotions based on your performance.
