Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Amazing professor, fascinating material, not too difficult.

    Course highlights:

A lot more than I thought I would! Favorite part was how blues spread from the Mississippi delta during the Great Migration. Muscial geography is pretty cool, who knew?

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the study guides! And dont forget the online quizzes either.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was easy, if and only if you are a self learner! Going to class isn't worth it unless you have an exam, the day before the exam, or the 25 extra credit point debates.

    Course highlights:

I didn't learn much. I basically just learned random facts about different areas of the world that I will most likely forget in a year. I am better however with naming different countries, being that he told us to study all of them and only tested us on about 10.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Find a different professor! Dr. Marcus boasts about his degree, but is very unorganized and his lectures are completely irrelevant to each exam. The book wasn't useful at all. he did however post study guides with the exact questions from the exams.
