Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it is very interactive and the professor is helpful toward her students. The course will give any student useful information that will help them obtain a healthier lifestyle.

    Course highlights:

I learned that people should take their health into their own hands but come together to make a difference in what we are being feed. With the chemicals in our food we need to be more careful about what we eat.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up to class and take in the knowledge that the professor is giving. There is very little work and as long as you complete it within her guidelines then you will receive a good grade. Half of the class is spent in the gym and as long as you work out then you will be fine.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

An amazing health class. The teacher is very understanding on the topics. She focuses on getting the class involved to talk about the topics rather than just lecturing us.

    Course highlights:

My high light of the course is workout Fridays. Every Friday our whole class meets at the gym to work out. it adds a new feel of school and the people in your class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up! If you just show up to class, she give about 75% of your exam away. she says she would rather everyone leave the class with a solid understanding of the class and topics we discuss than to fail or not be okay with it and move on to harder material and get more confused.
