Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class is an intro to the entire major basically. It teaches you what you need to know and challenges your skills. The professor is always available to explain and work through tough problems.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of insight from the difference of computer languages. Taking 175 helped a lot with this class since Java and C++ languages are very similar. I enjoyed learning about the separate classes you can create yourself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read up on the Power Points, use the study resources the professor puts online and make sure to ask about anything you're confused about.
