This class was tough.
It's a tough class that just requires time and dedication outside of class. I would recommend because the class can get very interesting and is so applicable to any field working with people and their bodies or health.
I learned new things about myself and gained better insight to the most effective study tools in order for me to get a better grade. And I also learned new things about my physical body, how it works and why I am the way I am and why I am able to perform certain functions, which I found very interesting.

Give yourself an hour before or after class to review all material covered thus far and take notes on the lectures before that class so that you already have some context of the content being discussed and taught.
