Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course made me want to become a psychology major. I learned all of the basics in this course and really inspired me to want to learn more. Depending on the professor you take this with, you will have to critically think and push yourself, but it will be worth it and you will come out of this course with a new insight on both yourself and humans in general.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of insight on myself especially, but also on my fellow peers. I learned about why people behave the way they do and how personalities and attitudes affect our behavior. One of my most favorite things to learn about was analyzing dreams, and what dreams even are. I also learned, since I was a freshman, that not everything in a powerpoint needs to be written down. Pick and choose the important stuff to take notes on and condense those notes.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise them to make sure they are interested in critically thinking and not cut and dry material. Psychology is nothing like math or science where there is only one correct answer. In psychology, you have to go with the best answer under the conditions of the problem, there is no one easy answer.
