    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Our professor challenged us from day one. The professor of this course pushes you to your limits so you are able to understand the different topics in general chemistry. Without her, i would not have felt ready for the ACS Exam at the end of the semester.

    Course highlights:

The take home homework and pop quizzes that were given out where not just because she was handing out stuff because she could. It was for the benefit of ourselves to see what we understood and where we were having problems. And if you had problems she made sure she was able to meet with you personally in order for you to fix your misunderstanding. I learned that do not ever be afraid to meet up with your professor, because they truly do want to see you succeed.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and do not be afraid to ask questions. If you still do not understand, email the professor and ask them for help. Not asking for clarification will set you back farther than you can ever imagine.
