Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course taught me a lot about how to write. What to include, how to present information, and the overall purpose of your work are just some of the crucial elements of this class that were taught. They helped me to focus on the important parts of the writing works I turned in instead of the unnecessary details.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to formulate an essay with the necessary tools of writing instead of fake arguements.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Always go to the Writing Lab any opportunity you have to. They will make your writing so much better than you could possibly hope to.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is a general education requirement and it enhances your writing that'll be useful for essays, research, etc.

    Course highlights:

It helped me review MLA format and having only essays and short assignments due had me focus more on my techniques.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate on the assignments because you'll end of having an entire essay due the next morning.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this faculty member because he is a great teacher for incoming students of a university. He understands that this is a major change in a way of life, and he helps you both academically and personally if you are struggling. He make class enjoyable, which is important because most people don't love English, especially as a freshman in college.

    Course highlights:

I learned that everyone is adapting to a new way of life, and that I am not alone. This including both faculty and fellow students. This as a whole helps make the transition easier and less stressful. Through this course I learned that even though I am a horrible writer everyone can improve and become a good writer through hard work and a dedicated professor.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in college as a freshman the best advice I can give you is focus on your studies. Having fun and going to all the events and clubs on campus is important, but what needs to come first is school. If you need help with any course, or you need someone to talk to your professors are there to help you, you just need to ask for help.
