    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a very hard course that deals with the properties of static members. There are a lot of equations and conceptual visualizations that need to be understood to do well in the class. It is worthwhile to put in the effort because it gives you a new perspective on the world around you. It is fascinating once it is understood.

    Course highlights:

I learned about stess and strain in rods and beams. I earned how much of a load a beam could take before rupturing and how it deforms. I learned the forces that occur in everything around us and how they effect our world.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not fall behind and read the textbook in addition to class notes. Go to the teacher with questions and do not be discouraged. It is possible to succeed if you try your best.
