This course was motivating to the student to get moving and stay moving for a healthy body. The book was easy reading with a lot of graphs and detailed pictures for recommended exercises and stretches.
In this course I learned how to calculate my target heart rate sot hat I could get this most benefit from daily exercise. I learned precautions for safe exercising at any age. The most rewarding part of this class was keeping a log of my weekly activity.

To be successful in this course, plan on exercising several times a week. Begin reading as soon as you get the text and enjoy the journey. The summaries at the end of each chapter were helpful on the exams.
