    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it pulls all your science classes together. So you already know the material it is just a little more work.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the chromosome labs. It was fun trying to detect defects.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just do all the assignments and turn them in and you should do fine. Most of the assignments are about things you already know. Just skim through the online book.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great course with a lot of information. For labs there are lots of fun activities. The instructor is very understanding and I was extremely grateful to him. He understands that we are all adults and school is not the only thing that we have going on in our lives.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about crime scene investigations, and how the DNA is processed. Also how they are able to match the DNA to suspects. Also I learned a lot about inherited diseases and how one child can have them and their sibling doesn’t.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Put the time into the course that you need to. It is a very interesting course and you can learn a lot. Complete the labs like you are supposed to they make everything come together.
