    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very tough, vast information. Weed-out course for pre-medicine students.

    Course highlights:

First and foremost, I learned some valuable study skills. Of course, lots of information on cell structure and reproduction.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate anything. Don't skip labs - they're almost impossible to make up. Do make flashcards and find a group to study with.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course will show you not only everything most people need in a science class, but will also prepare you for any hard class in college, though it's not that difficult. It teaches you to budget your time, that professors are an important part of your education outside of the classroom, and that not every class can be blown through without studying. Also, of course, it lays a great foundation for future Bio courses.

    Course highlights:

I learned a very diffuse knowledge of biological history and science, as well as scientific concepts explaining how biological processes work. This course goes into a little bit of everything and encourages students to pursue whatever interests them. It's an amazing experience no matter your major.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Find a group of students to study with, and ALWAYS include your lab partner, as he will make or break you.
